Is Lenzaro coffee organic and chemical-free?

Yes, absolutely. Sourcing exclusively from high-altitude organic cooperatives in Peru allows us to highlight a clean, consistent flavor profile. To remove the caffeine while preserving the complex origin flavors of our Peruvian beans, we use the gold standard of decaffeination: the 100% chemical-free Swiss Water Process. You taste the coffee - and only the coffee.

What roast level is Lenzaro coffee?

Our Peruvian single-origin decaf is meticulously roasted to a Medium-Dark profile. This highlights the rich, full-bodied characteristics of the bean - featuring tasting notes of chocolate, shortbread, and toffee - without any of the burnt, smoky bitterness found in traditional dark roasts.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

To honor our freshness promise, we do not let our coffee sit in massive, stagnant distribution warehouses for months on end. We roast strictly in meticulous, 100-pound micro-batches right here in California and ship our inventory immediately following production. Your coffee arrives at your door with its full freshness runway completely intact.

Why is Lenzaro whole bean only?

We package exclusively in whole bean format to fully preserve the delicate flavor integrity, freshness, and purity of our organic micro-batches. Pre-ground coffee oxidizes and loses its vibrant flavor notes rapidly. By keeping it whole bean, you enjoy a café-quality experience at home with every grind.

How should I store my coffee beans?

Keep your coffee beans stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. Our premium bags feature a built-in degassing valve and zipper to keep oxygen out - simply seal the bag tightly after each use to maintain peak freshness.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Lenzaro only ships within the United States. We are exploring expanding to international shipping in the future, but no definitive deadline yet.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of 2 or more bags.

Do you ship internationally?

Where is Lenzaro based and where does my coffee ship from?

We are proudly based out of Carlsbad, California. All of our organic small batches are roasted locally in Southern California and shipped directly to your door to ensure maximum freshness.

Guarantee & Returns

What is your return policy?

Because coffee is a fresh agricultural product, we are unable to accept physical returns or exchanges on our whole bean micro-batches. However, your experience is our absolute priority. If there is an issue with your order or your bag arrived damaged, please reach out to our team within 30 days and we will gladly make it right.



Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, absolutely. We want you to love your morning ritual. If you are not entirely satisfied with your first bag of Lenzaro, simply reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to troubleshoot your brew method or issue a full refund on the product price - no need to ship the coffee back to us.
