Small Batch Precision At Lenzaro, we believe decaf should never be an afterthought. We roast our coffee in dedicated 100lb batches at the California Roasting Collective in San Marcos, CA. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensure every bag meets our standards for a premium decaf experience.

Processing & Fulfillment

• Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

• Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal postal holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship domestically within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers (USPS and UPS). While we get your coffee out the door quickly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package is in the carrier's hands.

Local Deliveries (North County San Diego)

Since we fulfill right here in San Marcos, customers in Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Vista can typically expect their coffee on the earlier side of our shipping windows!

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us. with a tracking number so you can follow your beans from our roastery to your doorstep.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your coffee arrives damaged, please reach out to us. We’ll investigate and make it right.
